It is important to note that MDLIVE does not support individual usage without the consent and support of a healthcare provider. Therefore, users must always consult with their healthcare provider before making any changes to their care plan, ensuring that their treatment aligns with the appropriate clinical guidance.
We treat thousands of people a day with many different conditions, but you should not use MDLIVE if you are experiencing a medical emergency. In addition, we dont treat sexually transmitted diseases, urinary tract infections in males, or urinary tract infections in females under 18 years of age. MDLIVE also cannot treat children under 3 with a fever and children under 12 with ear pain.

Dont bother using this youll only end up paying $50 and then send on to an urgent care. They say they treat UTIs but evidently not in pediatric patients wouldve been nice to know.
App is extremely buggy. The most annoying is getting a message notification but then another notification immediately after saying, "Sorry, this message is not for you".
Constantly logs you out. Does not let you update prescriptions. Other than that, the service from the providers has been swift and good. This app is good for non emergencies but if you think there is something wrong with you that needs immediate attention, go to an urgent care or ER.
Total junk. Dont waste your time, if you werent sick before trying to use this app-- you will be after.
Tried to use the video consulting feature because I had an swollen eyelid and wanted a physician to look at it. My credit card was charged $50 in advance. Waited 15 minutes in front of my phone screen and the doctor did not connect. Got a call 30 minutes later asking if its was OK to have a phone consultation instead of a video consultation. I said no and I canceled the consultation. They told me that my credit card would get refunded in a month.
