This app doesn’t work. My appointment (which took 30 minutes to make and was done almost a week ago) was cancelled, so I have to accept a new appointment. It asked for more information in order to make this appointment. I filled it out. It still won’t let me book the appointment despite filling out the information and agreeing to its terms. I’m frustrated, I don’t have any patience for this. I don’t understand how hard it could be to make a functional app. If the booking isn’t working because of an error, couldn’t it at least display that error so I can relay it to customer support? Don’t get me started on customer support. My rescheduled appointment is supposed to be tomorrow, but I don’t think they’re going to respond to my email before that, and calling is just as slow and anxiety-inducing as the first time I did it. I just wish I could make my appointment.
