Not at all happy with this app. Don’t get me wrong, I love the provider I have on here. The app is constantly freezing, won’t load, video sessions end repeatedly, can’t sign in. Nothing but problems for over a year now. Highly disappointed. If I didn’t love the provider I speak with I would delete the app.

My insurance directed me to this website to book an appointment for a psychiatric evaluation for ADHD. After scheduling the appointment and paying my co-pay, I was paired with a doctor who informed me that they do not treat or prescribe medication for ADHD symptoms. Not only was this incredibly frustrating, but the interaction with the doctor was also unprofessional and disheartening. I would strongly caution anyone against using this app, as it felt like a complete waste of both time and money. Even the doctor acknowledged that there should be a clear banner or notice stating that ADHD treatment is not available through their services. Unfortunately, instead of leaving the appointment feeling supported, I walked away feeling even worse about myself.

Used it for the first time with my new health insurance because my primary wasn’t available and I’m sick. Doctor was very helpful and set up process was pretty simple. I’ll be using it again

Dropped video calls, poor quality video, confirm appt tab/button missing. Not all the time though.

Super easy to get a tile doc

I am so thankful for MDLive! I can get a fast appointment during my break time, meet with the doc, and pick my meds up on the way home!

I can’t confirm appointments in the app because it says to fill out required fields, which I already did. If I confirm through a browser instead of the app, then it works. Really needs this figured out because I’m not always near a computer, but I am near my phone.

I have a swollen tonsil and strep throat with pain swallowing, and wanted some relief so I tried MDLive and in minutes, literally, I video chatted and received an antibiotic prescription sent to my local pharmacy. This is 5 star medicine and completed in my kitchen. I highly recommend MDLive !

I registered the first time. No one called after 20 min. I called them. They registered me again. No one called after 20 min. I signed into this app again to find out it had dropped the 2 previous registrations. I signed up a 3rd time. An hour later no one has called. Checked app again to find out my appointment mysteriously disappeared, again. MDLive used to be great. Now it’s just a joke. Plus every time I talk to someone they have such heavy accents I can’t understand anything they are saying. No one cares anymore about anything.

So fast and convenient!! Highly recommend!!

My son suffered from severe sinus pain for weeks. We used MDLive, the doctor if he actually was one prescribed rest and vitamin C after a 3 minute call. After the call found out they don’t accept BlueCross BlueShield, but they pretend they do until after the call. Long story short the next day we went to a real doctor in person and my son was diagnosed with a sinus infection and given medication. I called to try to get refunded for misdiagnosing my son. Nope they really need their $89. Scam artist not to be trusted. I recommend going to another virtual medical app if you can’t wait.

Dr was quick and responsive. He listened to my concerns and validated my symptoms when the local ER told me they couldn’t help my symptoms and that a test or x-ray would not change their Treatment. Thank you!
