Used MD live while fighting a cold and being out of town for work. Heard about MD live through a friend. Downloaded app Requested an appointment, doctor called Prescribed me a Zpack and used the locations tool to fine the nearest pharmacy. Worked like a charm! Perfect for anyone on the go all the time and your common cold or illness.

So incredible to be able to open the app, put in whats wrong, and get a call within 5 minutes! And whats more is the doctor told me my pharmacy would have my prescription within 30 minutes, but the pharmacy let me know it was ready only 15 minutes after I hung up!

This is such a simple app that was created in a day and age where appeared everywhere, and apps work. This app has inexcusable bugs that make a complete disappointment. • Touch ID does not work. • I cannot edit my account. • While trying to enter my family medical history, app crashes. I have very little confident in this app which makes me question its deeper execution. How good is the medical advice on the other side? If they cant program an app, how secure is my info? Ive hit the pause button in using this app for now.

My son woke up with pink eye Sunday morning and we did a video call with a pediatrician before 8:30 am and his prescription was ready before lunch! Great service!!!

Incredible app. So easy. Video chatted a doc in 5 mins. Picked up prescription. Genius!

Terrible app. If u leave app to open something else and come back it just keeps repeating "please wait" and doesnt do anything. You have to kill the app and start over thus losing all info n such uve entered.

Recently had flu like symptoms and heard about this telehealth service. Scheduled a video consult with a doctor and was chatting with the Doctor via video chat within 3 minutes. Doctor was very thorough and personable in his diagnosis. Prescription called into Local pharmacy. All in all it was a 30 minute experience from initiating Doctor appointment to picking up prescription at CVS

Worst ever!

My company pays for MDLIVE for our employees and children. Ive used the app here and there, and I have been impressed it thus far. I can upload a photo so the dr can review it and discuss via phone – and its available while traveling!

What an amazing app! I had some issues and got taken care of real quick. I would recommend!

Awesome app. I use it all the time!

I usually go to Urgent Care for simple needs but I just dont have the time to sit in a waiting room for an hour when all I need is antibiotics. Friend recommended I try out this service and have to admit that Im extremely impressed. Saw a real doctor, not a nurse, in just a few minutes and had a prescription at Walgreens in about 5 minutes. A must have on your phone.

Great App! Works much faster than the old App. And I love the new UI! Much better than the old one, which looks like a 1990 library App.

I wanted to try this as I have not slept in 3 days. My body was giving out. the doctor said that was not because of lack of sleep. Ok whatever! Anyway he would cut me off every time I was trying to explain things to him. He said for me to stop taking over the counter sleep meds. He said go talk to your doctor. I said but can I have something for sleep till I talk to my doctor? He said nope! Just like that... So I requested a refund and I went to doctor on demand and the doctor was able to give me sleep meds with a refill. And they are cheaper! So I recommend doctor on demand!!!!

Did not have to drive to the hospital or wait for hours to see a dr. Used my phone w/ this app-- video and audio was great!

I have made 2 appointments since 9am this morning it is now 2:57pm and still no call. Worst experience called their customer service and they have no explanation. If your in pain dont use MDLIVE

Sign up and video visit were easy and straight forward. Symptom checker in app never loaded on my iPhone 6 on wifi. First time I attempted to select a doctor my selection never came online but when I enabled first available, process worked just fine.

It takes some getting used to how quickly you can get an professional opinion and treatment! No more wondering should I go to the Dr or try Home remedies or OTC. Just answer the phone and its a Dr giving me advice. Its like having a doctor in the family.

I was able to avoid a visit to urgent care. Was very easy to use their app and saved me money.
