My husband and I have both tried this service and were told we have to go to our primary care for what we were looking for (cough syrup with codeine and a prescription for PT). Money for that advice would not be refunded so we had to pay for this call and a visit to our PCP. If you just need a basic antibiotic maybe this works fine but be ready for them to say they cant help if its much more than that. Plus the dr I spoke to was pretty rude to me. App might be fine but we will not be using the service again.

This is for minor health issues. NOT for addicts! Read and understand the purpose of this procedure!

The service is crap. They have you waiting one hour if not more to them tell you to go to urgent care. It is a scam. Beware!

My wife and I both work and therefore like many families we are always on the move. Our 4 year old is in day care so inevitably he comes down with a few minor colds and ailments a year. My wife and I used to negotiate who would take time off work. A few weeks ago he had pink eye and we used the App from our house right before bed time. We were able to upload a photo so they could see his symptoms and within 15 minutes the prescription was waiting at our pharmacy. We avoided missing time at work and also the germ-infested pediatrician waiting room!

I wish they would stop dorking around with the app. Lately its very unstable, cant load lists of doctors or just crashes. It never used to be this bad

Very disappointed. Tried 4 different occasions within 3-4 hours to get a hold of a doctor, none joined the video calls and none called the phone I provided them at any point in time. Neat concept, horrible execution.

Can not access "see a doctor". Goes to a blank page. App is useless if you can not use it to speak or access a doctor.

I gave this app a try mainly due to the fact I didnt want to get out of bed to see a doctor. I did also tell my wife I would go to the doctor so here we are. 5 Stars Ive used this app about 3 times in the last six months and I never have to wait and to this day my wife still thinks Im going to the doctor.

This system is a joke. Child has pink eye. His physician has prescribed him drops many times and it clears up in 24-36 hours. This DR says nothing can be done. Thanks for your 49 bucks. What a joke.

Aside from that, everything else seems to work ok

The physician seemed not very personable at all and it almost sounded like she was annoyed by me asking questions and it felt like she was busy as if I was inconveniencing her. Her advice was very hydrocortisone cream for Ezcema, which wasnt helping stop the spread of it, just adressing one of the symptoms, I later emailed her to ask what I could to to prevent or help reduce the spread of it and its been three days no response. I eventually googled Ezcema cream on Amazon and found one that has helped aim towards the prevention of it thankfully. I also googled the name of the phsyician and found poor ratings. I wish MD live vetted or googled their physicians as well before hiring or accepting them into MD live
